danny, again thanks for so many great translation jobs :) I didn't mention those deep fried rice cakes filled with red bean, but it seems that other bloggers have that covered, like weezermonkey.

Josh, agree that the XLB might be slightly better than DSW, but the hassle of eating there isn't worth it for me. The wait and the extra cost are barriers. The pan friend dumplings

It's amazing to see the level of devotion that Dean Sin World has cultivated in the food blogging community. It's a pretty good spot, and the value is clearly there, but I'd much rather spend more money and drive further to reach Din Tai Fung for their steamed dumplings. The pan fried dumplings are also definitively better at Luscious Dumplings, at no more cost.

Sku: the pan-fried bao at DSW are decent, but I'd give a hand to Kingburg Kitchen's. I can't say what the best is because I probably haven't tried enough versions.
