I apologize for not posting more often, even though I expect daily or at least weekly post from the blogs I read (yes, I am a hypocrite). I do promise posts coming in the future, as long as the workload at my office allows me to even breathe a few moments and post an entry or two.

This photo is from a recent Banh Mi Bender in Little Saigon I went on a few Saturdays ago. It's a delicious pork-filled pate chaud (which I think means warm mincemeat...) from Tip Top Sandwiches in Westminster.
