peaches are one of the few things that are nearly perfect by themselves. a little glaze and a simple crust (and maybe some fresh whipped cream, which we didn't have) could add even more to that near-perfection. thanks for the last compliment, i NEED to take you to that place, it's a thai place in thaitown.
